Refund and Returns Policy

At Stylish Babes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund/return policy:
1. Eligibility for Return/Refund
- We only offer refunds in cases where a customer pays for a product that is out of stock. In all other cases, refunds are not applicable.
We accept returns or exchanges for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange.
2. How to Return/Exchange a Product

within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Refund Process
If a refund is approved due to an out-of-stock product, we will:
- Notify you via email.
- Process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or used skincare products.
Products that have been tampered with or damaged by the customer.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so by following the same process as for returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
